At Anastasis Health & Aesthetics, every visit is designed with intention. While our membership model provides the most comprehensive and cost-effective experience, we offer limited non-member access for patients who prefer flexibility.

While non-member visits offer flexibility, membership provides a more comprehensive and seamless care experience.
Members enjoy longer, more personalized appointments, direct access to their provider, and integrated oversight for hormone optimization and overall wellness. Membership also removes per-visit fees and offers preferred pricing on labs and services.
Non-member appointments are limited and subject to availability, with scheduling priority always given to active members.
Laboratory testing, including bloodwork, is not included and will be billed separately. Medications and treatments such as hormones, peptides, and weight management therapies are additional costs based on physician recommendations.
Some services may require follow-up care or transition into a membership plan, and not all conditions are appropriate for non-member treatment.
