Late Cancellation / No-Show Policy

Please note that reminder texts are sent to each patient that has given the practice permission to communicate via text messaging. Those reminders give patients FOUR opportunities to cancel and/or reschedule.

Failure to cancel your appointment without 24-hour notice OR failure to show up for your appointment will result in a $100 fee. Future appointments cannot be booked until the resulting fee has been paid.
